Reorganization/Corporate Actions Broker & Bank Search
With the assistance of a current DTC list we can bypass the “3 business day” red tape process through Broadridge by electronically communicating directly with each broker, bank or nominee on the position listing. By communicating directly with each participant we can ascertain document print quantities within 2 hours from notification, which will accommodate deals and transactions with short expiration windows. We eliminate the guess work of how many documents to deliver to Broadridge which will save you money on your printing costs by eliminating large overprints and expensive reprints.

Distribution
If the shareholder documents arrive via our trucks or a third party by noon, we can assemble the packages, pursuant to the search results, and make delivery to all metropolitan brokers and banks via same day services. The advantage of expediting the delivery to the “street” you will see an increase in shareholder participation in your deals and vote returns. Most tabulators will tell you they receive executed LT’s after the expiration date and proxy cards after the meeting.
