We will provide you with the ability to print the exact quantity needed to fulfill to the consenting “full set delivery” shareholders. Once retained, we will direct you to an electronic portal to give you an efficient means to place daily orders to be printed from supplied high resolution files for your documents. We will back up each file and create a library of documents to be stored onsite for a period of 1 year pursuant to SEC regulations. Upon receipt of the order(s) we will produce the documents, bind on site, create a mail medium, fulfill and mail first class or deliver to Broadridge all under one roof to ensure quality, control and reliability within the SEC requirements.
