Although most of the Notice and Access services have been mandated by the SEC through your stock transfer agent and intermediary (Broadridge), there are still opportunities to use Proxy Express, Inc. within the model. Kindly consider us for the following services: |
| Proxy material transportation from your printers to your stock transfer agent, Broadridge, storage facilities and the Corporate Headquarters.
Even though Notice and Access will eliminate most of the annual reports and proxy statements needed to print in hard copy form, you will still have a portion of your retail and registered shareholder requesting them. Although you may only print 10% of what you traditionally print run used to be you will still have a need to ship, although greatly reduced, to the distribution facilities and we welcome the opportunity to continue as a resource in that regard. |
Print Services
In addition to having the capabilities of being your print on demand resource, we can also print larger runs on State-of-the-Art offset presses through our print partners. We have all of the same equipment and production facilities at our disposal as most large graphics design and financial printers, backed up with the commitment of Proxy Express. |

Material Storage
We have the available clean and climate controlled warehouse space to store your hard copy shareholder documents for archive purposes or to fulfill to locations such as Shareholder.com, Broadridge, Precision IR, Corporate Headquarters, etc. We can customize the pricing for short or long term storage and bill you monthly for storage and shipping. |
